I started my career in real estate working with a small, family owned company that bought and remodeled vintage single family homes and 2-8 unit buildings throughout Chicagoland. I learned carpentry and various remodeling skills from the husband and co owner of the business. After a couple years working with the husband I decided to learn residential real estate appraisal from the wife and other co owner of the company. I obtained my real estate appraisal license in 2003 and worked as a staff appraiser for a bank and started my own real estate appraisal firm, which I had until 2019. In 2006, I studied for and passed my real estate brokerage tests and became a real estate broker. Since that time I have helped over a thousand clients buy, sell and lease properties throughout the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburban areas. I was named "Rookie of the Year" in my Coldwell Banker office my first year in the business. After continued success and growth, I decided to start my own real estate brokerage, Organic Realty, with a business partner in 2011. After building the business to 25 Realtors and selling over $120 million in real estate, we sold the business to Coldwell Banker in 2017. I have been back "home" with Coldwell Banker where I started my real estate sales career ever since.
